The Gaines County Airport is less than five miles to the south of our property, making us accessible from anywhere in the area. Plus, Seminole is located at the intersection of many major roads, including US Highways 180 and 385 and State Highway 214. Look for us at the north end of the city, near the City Park Softball Fields.

We are searching for a team to manage tenants and upkeep the grounds of our park. General responsibilities will include processing payments, mowing and watering the grass, ensuring tenants follow park rules, etc. Employee would live onsite in a provided 1 bed/1 bath apartment.
